Doha: The Department of Meteorology has forecasted a hazy start to inshore weather on Sunday, with temperatures rising throughout the day. There is also a possibility of local clouds forming in the afternoon.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will feature partly cloudy skies at times. Inshore winds will start variable and shift to northwesterly to northeasterly at speeds of 5-15 knots. Offshore winds will begin southwesterly at 3-13 knots, changing to northwesterly at 5-15 knots, with afternoon gusts up to 18 knots.
Sea heights inshore are expected to range from 1 to 3 feet, potentially increasing to 4 feet in the afternoon. Offshore sea heights will vary from 2 to 4 feet, rising to 5 feet later in the day. Visibility is projected to be between 4 to 9 kilometers inshore and 5 to 9 kilometers offshore.
