Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani emphasized that the State of Qatar places significant importance on social development and has made substantial progress, as evidenced by indicators from international institutions.
According to Qatar News Agency, during his address at the Second World Summit for Social Development, HH the Amir outlined Qatar’s commitment to enhancing human development. This includes improving the quality of life, promoting prosperity and well-being, and making advances in education quality, economic empowerment, healthcare, family welfare, and social protection.
HH the Amir highlighted that the Ministry of Social Development and Family has recently unveiled its 2025-2030 Strategy under the theme “From Care to Empowerment.” He pointed out that a key component of this strategy is fostering a cohesive society based on justice, equal opportunity, and human empowerment, aligning with the State’s broader strategies and Qatar National Vision 2030.
