Doha, – HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani will participate on Friday in the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28), which will convene in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, with the participation of a number of Their Highnesses and Excellencies heads of states, governments, and delegations.
HH the Amir will be accompanied by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani and an official delegation.
