Hong Kong: The Saudi Arabian Football Federation announced Friday that Hong Kong, China, will host the 2025 Saudi Super Cup from August 19 to 23, with the participation of Al Ittihad, Al Hilal, Al Nassr, and Al Qadisiyah clubs. According to Qatar News Agency, the federation stated on its official website that hosting the tournament in Hong Kong is part of a strategy to hold several editions outside the Kingdom, aiming to build strategic international partnerships that promote Saudi football. The Saudi Arabian Football Federation indicated that the tournament draw will be conducted in the near future to determine the matches. The Hong Kong Stadium, with a capacity of 40,000, will be the venue for the tournament matches. The stadium, originally constructed in 1953, underwent renovations in 1994.
