Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, issued Edict (39) of 2024 appointing a director at the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), based on a proposal by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RERA. The edict stipulates the following: Article (I) Saud Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayyat shall be appointed as Director of the Information and Real Estate Development Directorate at the RERA. Article (II) The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the RERA shall implement the provisions of this edict, which shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
