Gaza city: Eight Palestinians were killed, and others wounded on Saturday following an Israeli aerial bombardment of large parts of the Gaza Strip. Medical sources reported that a mother and her daughter were killed in an Israeli shelling of a displaced-persons tent west of Al Aqsa Hospital in Deir Al Balah in the central enclave.
According to Qatar News Agency, three Palestinians were killed while others waiting for aid sustained injuries after the Israeli occupation army opened fire on them in the Zikim area north of Gaza. A Palestinian was also killed by an Israeli drone attack on Al Jalaa Street in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood north of Gaza City, while two Palestinians were killed after the Israeli occupation forces pounded a home in the Al Zaytoun neighborhood south of the city.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army detonated several residential apartments east of Sheikh Radwan Pool in northern Gaza City. The victims of the unabated Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, have reached 64,368 fatalities and 162,367 injuries.
