Baalbek: At least four people have been killed and seven others injured in an Israeli air strike in eastern Lebanon, according to Lebanese health authorities. The emergency operations center at the Ministry of Public Health stated that the strike targeted the city of Baalbek, resulting in multiple casualties.
According to Qatar News Agency, the latest incident is part of ongoing Israeli military action in Lebanon, which has intensified in recent weeks. Official figures indicate that since March 2, the total number of people killed has risen to 912, with a further 2,221 reported injured.
The escalation of military actions has raised concerns over a widening conflict and its potential humanitarian impact across the region.
