Gaza City: The Israeli occupation army on Sunday carried out airstrikes in various regions of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of 12 Palestinians and injuring dozens more.
According to Qatar News Agency, four individuals lost their lives, with others injured and some reported missing beneath the rubble, following an Israeli bombardment on a house in Block 2 of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.
The sources indicated that three Palestinians were killed, and over 30 others, including women and children, were injured after Israeli drones targeted civilian gatherings near an aid distribution point close to the Netzarim Corridor.
In the southern part of the enclave, four individuals were killed following Israeli shelling that targeted a group of people waiting to receive humanitarian aid in the Murtaja area, east of Khan Younis. The report stated that one person was killed, and another succumbed to injuries from an Israeli airstrike that struck his home in the town of Abasan Al Kabira, also east of the city.
In Gaza City, an airstrike by Israeli fighter jets on a residential building in the Abu Iskandar area of Sheikh Radwan neighborhood resulted in the death of a Palestinian and injuries to several others. Another individual died after sustaining injuries in an Israeli aerial offensive that struck his home in the Old City on Saturday.
Since dawn on Sunday, Israeli combat jets have demolished nearly five residential buildings and apartment complexes in Sheikh Radwan and Al Saftawi areas in northern Gaza City.
