Ramallah: Israeli occupation forces arrested ten Palestinians, including five women, on Wednesday in a campaign of arrests in different areas of the West Bank.
According to Qatar News Agency, Palestinian security sources reported that the occupation forces arrested five citizens during their raid on the towns of Beit Liqya and Al Mazra’a Al Gharbiya in Ramallah, as well as the Umm Al Sharayet neighborhood in Al Bireh city.
The sources also indicated that five Palestinian women from Qalqilya were arrested after Israeli forces stormed the city from its eastern entrance. The forces spread out in various neighborhoods and raided homes, leading to the arrests.
The increasing campaign of arrests and raids on Palestinian villages and towns is part of the escalating policy by the occupation authorities against the residents of the West Bank. This policy aims to displace them and seize their lands, with no intervention from the international community to halt these violations.
