Israeli Occupation Forces Launch Arrest Campaign Targeting Palestinians in West Bank

West bank: Israeli occupation forces launched a large-scale arrest campaign today, targeting 30 Palestinians, including students and a woman, from several areas across the West Bank.

According to Qatar News Agency, occupation forces arrested 21 Palestinians, including students, from the town of Deir Istiya, northwest of Salfit. Additionally, six individuals were detained in Hebron following raids that involved searching their homes and vandalizing their contents.

Three more Palestinians, including a woman, were arrested from the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate after similar home raids and searches.

Various parts of the occupied West Bank and Jerusalem experience daily raids and incursions into villages and towns by the Israeli occupation forces, often leading to confrontations, arrests, and the use of live and rubber bullets and tear gas canisters against Palestinian youth. The intensity of these campaigns has escalated alongside the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, resulting in the deaths and injuries of thousands of unarmed civilians, many of whom are children and women.
