The Masam project, implemented by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) for mine clearance in Yemen, successfully dismantled 766 mines planted by the Houthi militia across Yemen during the first week of September 2024. Since the project's inception, a total of 458,477 mines planted by the Houthi militias have been removed. These mines, scattered indiscriminately throughout Yemen, have posed a grave threat to innocent civilians, particularly children, women, and the elderly. Source: Saudi Press Agency
