Kuwait city: Kuwait Bourse closed trading on Monday as the All Share Index lost 5.54 points to reach 8,879.18 points, a decrease of 0.06 percent. As many as 343.8 million shares valued at KWD 82.11 million (roughly USD 250.4 million) were traded via 20,919 transactions.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Main Market Index went up by 29.01 points to reach 8,415.20 points, an increase of 0.35 percent, through 215.3 million shares done via 13,265 transactions valued at KWD 30.7 million (roughly USD 93.6 million).
The Premier Market Index fell 14.44 points to reach 9,433.68, down by 0.15 percent, through 128.5 million shares done via 7,654 transactions valued at KWD 51.3 million (roughly USD 153.9 million).
Meanwhile, the Bourse Main 50 Index lost 12.22 points to reach 8,559.58 points, a decrease of 0.14 percent, through stock volume of 97.4 million shares done in 7,057 deals at a value of KWD 19.7 million (roughly USD 60 million).
