Doha: The State of Kuwait has strongly condemned a Houthi drone attack on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that resulted in civilian casualties. Earlier in the day, Saudi civil defense reported that debris from an intercepted drone had led to the death of one civilian and injuries to two others in Taif governorate, alongside causing material damage to several buildings and vehicles.
According to Qatar News Agency, a statement from Kuwait's Foreign Ministry denounced the attack, describing it as a breach of the Kingdom's sovereignty and a violation of international law. The statement expressed Kuwait's full solidarity with Riyadh and support for all measures the Kingdom would take to preserve its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and interests.
