Kuwait city: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah has received a written message from his South Korean counterpart, Cho Hyun, pertaining to bilateral ties and key regional and international developments.
According to Qatar News Agency, South Korean Foreign Minister's Special Envoy, Moon Byung-jun, delivered the message during a meeting with Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Hamad Al Mashaan on Sunday.
