Kuwait: Kuwait has intercepted a missile and drone attack, the country's Armed Forces reported on Monday.
According to Qatar News Agency, Defense Ministry Spokesman Col. Saud Al Atwan confirmed that 14 ballistic missiles, two cruise missiles, and 46 hostile drones that entered the country's airspace were successfully intercepted over the past 24 hours. Al Atwan stated in a press briefing that the interceptions resulted in debris falling in a residential area in the north, leading to injuries.
He further explained that the Explosive Ordnance Disposal team of the Army Engineering Corps responded to 22 reports, while the army's fire teams managed three other incidents, amid ongoing Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait.
