Kuwait City: Kuwait has renewed its firm principled position in support of the Palestinian people, their just cause, and their legitimate right to establish their independent state on the borders of June 4th, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed in a press statement today that the State of Kuwait categorically rejects the Israeli settlement policies, the annexation of Palestinian territories, and the displacement of the Palestinian people from their land. The ministry emphasized that these actions constitute a violation of international law and relevant Security Council resolutions, posing a threat to the security and stability of the region.
The statement further called on the international community to fulfill its responsibilities in providing protection to the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights, and to work towards ending the Israeli occupation of the Occupied Palestinian and Arab territories.
