Kuwait city: HH Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received a written message from Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva outlining ways to bolster bilateral relations between the two nations and expand joint cooperation in international forums.
According to Qatar News Agency, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al Yahya received the message during his meeting on Wednesday with Brazil's Ambassador to Kuwait Rodrigo Gabsch.
