Lusail:Lusail International Circuit (LIC) hosted a special edition of the "Track Day for All" evening in support of Pink October and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
According to Qatar News Agency, the circuit was illuminated in pink, creating an evening that combined sport, health, and awareness. Community members gathered on October 7 to engage in running, walking, and cycling activities, as well as various health awareness experiences under the theme "One Track, One Goal."
Partner organizations contributed by providing food and beverage options, athletic recovery experiences, and fitness activities, all set in a pink-themed environment.
LIC utilized its 5.38-kilometer track, known for hosting Formula 1, MotoGP, and the Qatar 1812 km Endurance Race, as a community hub. The Pink October event aimed to promote breast cancer awareness and encourage active, healthy lifestyles, aligning with Qatar's broader health awareness efforts.
