Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Sunday will be misty to foggy at places at first, with moderate temperatures during the day and cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected poor horizontal visibility at places at first.
According to Qatar News Agency, offshore conditions will be hazy at times, as stated in the report. The inshore wind is predicted to be northwesterly at 06-16 KT, with gusts reaching up to 20 KT during the daytime. Offshore, the wind will also be northwesterly, ranging between 05-15 KT and occasionally gusting to 18 KT.
The sea state inshore is expected to be between 1-3 feet, occasionally rising to 4 feet, while offshore conditions will range from 2-4 feet, rising to 5 feet at times. Visibility inshore is forecasted to be 4-9 km, dropping to 2 km or less in certain areas initially. Offshore visibility is set to range between 5-9 km.
