London: THE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met with several key officials from the UK government and the Commonwealth, including HE UK Minister for the Middle East and North Africa, Hamish Falconer; HE UK Minister of State for Multilateral Affairs, Human Rights, Latin America and the Caribbean, Chris Allmore; and HE Secretary-General of the Commonwealth, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring new avenues for cooperation between the two nations. The dialogue also included an exchange of views on the latest developments in the Middle East and Latin America, along with several other issues of mutual interest.
The discussions emphasized the importance of advancing dialogue, mediation, and peaceful dispute resolution. Both parties underscored the necessity of enhancing multilateral cooperation to foster international peace, security, and sustainable development.
