San Jose: Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Cabinet Member and Climate Affairs Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir has met with the Secretary of State for the Environment of the Kingdom of Spain Hugo Moran on the sidelines of the High-Level Event on Ocean Action. During the meeting, they reviewed relations between the two countries and discussed issues of the environment and climate along with the efforts made in this regard.
