Najran, Inhabitants of the Najran Region have long relied on agriculture as a primary occupation. The region’s fertile soil, temperate climate, mountains, and vast plains, provide favorable conditions for cultivating a wide variety of crops. Its natural advantages have turned the region into a rich farmland, helping local farms grow a range of crops.

This abundance of produce ensures food security, supports local markets, and serves as a valuable source of sustenance.

The farms in the region yield abundant crops like Najrani wheat, citrus fruit, such as oranges, tangerines and lemons, and the finest varieties of date palms. Other crops include tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, zucchini, beans, onions, mint, parsley, lettuce, and a variety of other fruits and vegetables. Farmers have also successfully experimented with cultivating coffee and stevia.
