Riyadh, The Unified Call Center at the National Center for Wildlife (NCW) has won the "Best Industry Call Centre - Sustainability" award from INSIGHTS Middle East Call Centre Awards 2023.
The center was established at the beginning of 2023 to unify work methods and mechanisms, and to deal with the public's various needs and requests through a single system linked to all channels, aiming to provide more services in the field of wildlife.
The Unified Call Center provides services with a high level of accuracy and professionalism to meet customer needs, help access pertinent information and improve performance efficiency through the use of modern technology and trained employees.
