Occupation Forces Conduct Raids and Arrests in West Bank

Occupied west bank: Israeli occupation forces on Friday initiated a significant operation of raids and arrests in various locations within the occupied West Bank, continuing a pattern of actions against the Palestinian population.

According to Qatar News Agency, the operation involved occupation forces entering areas such as Bethlehem, Nablus, and Tulkarm. During these operations, several Palestinians were detained, and thorough searches were conducted in both residential homes and commercial establishments.

In Nablus, there was a noticeable presence of occupation soldiers in the city, which led to confrontations with local residents.

Additionally, settlers were reported to have attacked Palestinian agricultural lands in the northern Jordan Valley. They vandalized an irrigation network in the Al-Farsiya area, resulting in the disruption of water supplies to numerous dunams of farmland. This farmland, which was used for summer crops, suffered substantial damage as settlers cut irrigation pipes, leading to extensive crop losses.

These actions are part of ongoing incidents where settlers have been targeting irrigation systems. The aim appears to be to exert pressure on Palestinian farmers to force them off their lands.

The recent activities are indicative of an intensified campaign by Israeli occupation forces across the West Bank. This campaign includes night raids, property damage, and incursions into residential areas, accompanied by increased military measures and checkpoints at city entrances.
