Doha: Oil prices rose $2 at settlement Thursday: Oil prices experienced a significant increase, with a $2 rise at settlement, marking a notable shift in the market dynamics.
According to Qatar News Agency, Brent futures saw an increase of $1.72, or 2.81 percent, closing at $62.84 a barrel. In parallel, West Texas crude witnessed a rise of $1.84, or 3.17 percent, ending the trading session at $59.91 a barrel. This upward trend in oil prices reflects the ongoing fluctuations in the global energy market, influenced by various economic and geopolitical factors.
