Oil Prices Surge 2% to Reach Two-Week High


Doha: Oil prices rose about 2% Tuesday to their highest level in two weeks: Oil prices experienced a significant increase, with a rise of approximately 2% on Tuesday, reaching their highest point in two weeks.



According to Qatar News Agency, Brent crude futures saw an increase of $1.11, or 1.7%, bringing the price to $65.74 per barrel. Meanwhile, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude experienced a rise of $1.17, or 1.9%, reaching a price of $63.69 per barrel.



These price movements indicate that Brent crude is on course to settle at its highest level since May 14, while WTI crude is poised to reach its highest settlement since May 13.
