Muscat: Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi met today with his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araqchi, who is visiting Muscat, to discuss ways to strengthen relations between the two countries.
According to Qatar News Agency, the two ministers exchanged views on regional and international developments, particularly efforts to reduce tensions in the region and support diplomatic channels for resolving crises. Both sides emphasized the importance of continued coordination and consultation between their countries to contribute to consolidating security and stability and supporting development and peace initiatives in the region.
