One Killed, 18 Injured in Israeli Raids on Syrian Capital Damascus

Damascus: One person was killed and 18 others injured in a series of raids launched by Israeli warplanes on the Syrian capital, Damascus, Wednesday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Syrian Ministry of Health said in a statement that one person was killed, and 18 others were injured in Israeli raids that targeted the General Staff headquarters in Damascus earlier Wednesday, against the backdrop of violence in As-Suwayda Governorate.

The statement did not indicate the health status of the injured. The Israeli army launched raids on various locations in Syria, including the capital, Damascus, and As-Suwayda Governorate, continuing its repeated violations targeting the country in recent days.
