Jakarta:Palestinian Vice President Hussein Al Sheikh and Dr. Geza Andreas von Geyr, State Secretary of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, held talks focusing on the latest political developments in Palestine and enhancing bilateral cooperation.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions included an assessment of the ongoing occupation measures in the Palestinian territories, such as daily settler terrorism, settlement expansion, checkpoints, and the withholding and confiscation of Palestinian funds, and how these factors affect economic and living conditions.
The talks also addressed challenges within the health and education sectors and the dire humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
