Palestinian PM, Danish FM Discuss Efforts to Stop Israeli Aggression on Gaza Strip

Ramallah: Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa discussed Sunday with Danish Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen, who is currently visiting Ramallah, international efforts to stop the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, as well as the ongoing violations by the occupation army and settlers in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, the Palestinian Prime Minister stressed the urgent need to halt Israel’s violations of international law, including its policy of starvation in the Gaza Strip and the continued closure of border crossings. He also highlighted concerns over annexation plans, colonial expansion, and forced displacement in the West Bank, including occupied Jerusalem, as well as the ongoing withholding of Palestinian tax revenues and the illegal deductions imposed on them.

For his part, the Danish Foreign Minister affirmed his country’s firm position in support of the two-state solution, an end to the war on Gaza, the opening of crossings, and the entry of aid.
