Doha: HE President of the Republic of Lebanon General Joseph Aoun departed Doha on Tuesday after offering condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani. His visit was marked by a respectful acknowledgment of the late Amir's significant contributions and leadership.
According to Qatar News Agency, General Aoun and his accompanying delegation were seen off at Hamad International Airport by HE Minister of Transport Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Thani and HE Ambassador of the Republic of Lebanon to the State of Qatar Bilal Kabalan. The farewell highlighted the strong diplomatic ties between Lebanon and Qatar, underscoring mutual respect and cooperation.
