Doha: The State of Qatar has issued a strong condemnation of the Iranian attacks that targeted a military camp, as well as a power and water desalination plant, in Kuwait. These attacks resulted in injuries to members of the armed forces and have been labeled by Qatar as a blatant violation of Kuwait’s sovereignty and the principles of international law.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar released a statement emphasizing the need to halt the unjustified Iranian attacks on neighboring countries. The statement also reiterated Qatar’s full solidarity with Kuwait, expressing support for all measures taken by Kuwait to safeguard its sovereignty and security.
Furthermore, the Ministry conveyed Qatar’s wishes for a speedy recovery for those injured in the attacks and offered prayers for the protection of Kuwait and its citizens from future harm.
