Manama:The State of Qatar took part in the 24th meeting of the Committee of Ministers Responsible for Housing Affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, hosted in Bahrain.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting saw the participation of HE Minister of Social Development and Family Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi representing Qatar.
The discussions during the meeting, which was part of the Fourth Gulf Housing Week, focused on priority topics related to joint Gulf housing efforts. These included the follow-up on relevant initiatives and projects, as well as promoting the exchange of expertise among member states and enhancing cooperation in the housing sector.
Qatar's involvement highlights the importance of sustaining joint Gulf cooperation and supporting initiatives aimed at developing the housing sector, with a focus on improving the efficiency and sustainability of housing services offered to citizens.
