Geneva: The State of Qatar participated in the 64th Coordination Meeting of the Ministers of Labour from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Member States. This meeting was part of ongoing efforts for consultation and coordination on issues outlined for international gatherings relevant to the labour sector.
According to Qatar News Agency, His Excellency Minister of Labour Dr. Ali bin Samikh Al Marri represented Qatar at the meeting. The meeting coincided with the 114th Session of the International Labour Conference (ILC) held in Geneva, Switzerland, and focused on the current session's agenda items.
Ministers discussed aspects of mutual cooperation and explored ways to enhance collaboration in the forthcoming phase.
