Doha: HE Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al Mannai emphasized that the achievements of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF) over the past three decades have directly contributed to the realization of Qatar’s Digital Agenda 2030.
According to Qatar News Agency, on the occasion of the Foundation’s 30th anniversary, His Excellency stated that in the educational and academic field, everyone witnessed the graduation of distinguished national cadres who are now leading technological projects in Qatar. The field of technological research, especially related to artificial intelligence, forms a fundamental pillar in achieving technological advancement in Qatar.
His Excellency added that the Fanar project is a prominent example of Qatar Foundation’s commitment to applied research. Supported by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, it has evolved into an applied project that contributes to driving digital transformation and keeping pace with technological development while preserving the Arab and Islamic culture.
