According to Qatar News Agency, Al-Raya highlighted Qatar's condemnation of the violations during the Rapid Support Forces' attacks on Al Fashir and emphasized the need to protect civilians, deliver humanitarian aid safely, and adhere to international humanitarian law as outlined in the Jeddah Declaration.
In a different context, Al-Sharq reports that Qatar is actively working to strengthen the ceasefire in Gaza amidst evolving complexities on the Palestinian scene. HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani noted the challenges in achieving the ceasefire agreement but emphasized ongoing efforts to define the mandate for an international force in Gaza.
