Ningbo: The State of Qatar participated in the 2026 Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Green and Sustainable Development Forum, held April 28-30 in Ningbo, People's Republic of China. The Qatari delegation was led by HE Consul General of the State of Qatar in Shanghai Rashid bin Mubarak Al Khater.
