Doha: Qatar National Bank (QNB) has released the latest deposit rates for a variety of currencies, including USD, JPY, CHF, GBP, QAR, SAR, AED, and BHD, as of Tuesday.
According to Qatar News Agency, the current rates for USD deposits range from 3.74231% for a 1-month term to 4.12425% for a 12-month term. For JPY, the rates start at 0.83000% for 1 month and rise to 1.65000% for 12 months. CHF deposit rates range from -0.18000% for the shortest term to 0.20000% for the longest. GBP depositors will find rates begin at 3.82000% for one month and increase to 4.57000% for a year.
For QAR deposits, rates start at 4.08307% for a one-month term and slightly decrease to 4.04105% for a twelve-month period. SAR deposit rates begin at 4.50000% and go up to 4.60000% for the longest term available. AED deposits begin at 2.05000% for a one-month duration, rising to 3.15000% for a twelve-month term, while BHD deposit rates start at 4.57000% and increase to 5.07000% for the longest term.
These updated rates reflect the ongoing adjustments in the financial market and are indicative of the economic trends and monetary policies influencing the banking sector in Qatar.
