Doha: Qatar National Library (QNL) examined how artificial intelligence is reshaping teaching and learning, bringing together educators and technology experts at the latest edition of its Science Book Forum.
According to Qatar News Agency, the event, titled "AI in Education: How AI Changes the Way We Learn," explored how AI is moving beyond content generation and information access to fundamentally changing the way education is delivered and experienced.
The session introduced participants to the technologies underpinning this transformation, covering deterministic programming, statistical approaches, and modern neural networks that power generative AI and adaptive learning platforms.
Through interactive activities, live demonstrations, and real-world examples, participants gained practical insights into the systems driving AI's growing role in education.
The forum also examined the opportunities and challenges these technologies present for the learning environment, encouraging discussion on how AI can be integrated responsibly and effectively.
Participants explored how AI can be strategically used to support educators and strengthen, rather than replace, the critical thinking, deep reflection, and personal growth at the heart of human learning.
