Riyadh: The State of Qatar participated in the third meeting of the Permanent Committee for Follow-up on the Implementation of the GCC Anti-Drug Strategy (2025-2028), which was held Thursday at the GCC General Secretariat headquarters in Riyadh. The Ministry of Interior delegation was headed by Assistant Director of the Strategic Planning Department Colonel Faisal Jassim Al Sulaiti.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting discussed a number of items on its agenda and adopted the appropriate recommendations regarding them. The discussions aimed at strengthening the cooperation and coordination among GCC member states in combating drug-related issues and implementing the agreed-upon strategies effectively over the designated period.
