New York:The State of Qatar has reaffirmed its steadfast commitment to the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, emphasizing the peaceful settlement of disputes as a constitutional commitment, as stipulated in its 2003 Permanent Constitution. Article 7 of the constitution underscores that Qatar's foreign policy is grounded in consolidating international peace and security by promoting the peaceful resolution of international disputes.
