Qatar Updates Exchange Rates for Key Currencies and Precious Metals


Doha: Qatar has released the latest exchange rates for several key currencies and precious metals, providing valuable insights for traders and businesses operating within the region. The exchange rates reflect the fluctuating values of currencies such as the Malaysian Ringgit, Norwegian Krona, and the U.S. Dollar against the Qatari Riyal, as well as the prices of precious metals like gold, silver, and platinum.



According to Qatar News Agency, the exchange rate for the Malaysian Ringgit stands at 0.78280 for buying and 0.84570 for selling. Meanwhile, the Norwegian Krona is valued at 0.30410 for buying and 0.35890 for selling. The New Zealand Dollar is being exchanged at 2.06080 for buying and 2.18180 for selling. Additionally, the U.S. Dollar is priced at 3.63000 for buying and 3.65000 for selling.



The precious metals market has also seen updates, with silver priced between 32.65000 and 32.70000 USD, gold ranging from 2940.66000 to 2941.17000 USD, and platinum between 973.75000 and 979.75000 USD. These rates provide key indicators for market trends and economic activities in the region.



In other currency rates, the Omani Riyal is valued at 9.40000 for buying and 9.64800 for selling, while the Saudi Riyal is exchanged at 0.96400 for buying and 0.98600 for selling. The Turkish Lira shows values of 0.09150 for buying and 0.10900 for selling, and the South African Rand is noted at 0.21430 for selling.
