Qatari Ambassador Inspects Embassy in Sudan to Resume Operations

Khartoum: HE Qatar's Ambassador to the Republic of Sudan, Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Sada, recently inspected the Qatari Embassy premises in Khartoum. This makes it the first diplomatic mission to return to the Sudanese capital following the conflict.

According to Qatar News Agency, His Excellency raised the Qatari flag at the embassy building and assessed the damage inflicted by the war. This inspection is part of the preparations to resume the embassy's operations from its location in Khartoum.

This move is aimed at facilitating the diplomatic mission's return to its duties in Sudan, following the necessary measures to rehabilitate the building and ensure its operational readiness.
