Al Arabi is set to compete in Group C, while Al Rayyan has been placed in Group D. The championship will be hosted at the Al Nasr Club Arena in Dubai from September 25 to October 6, 2025.
According to Qatar News Agency, Al Arabi will face off against Kazma from Kuwait, Seeb from Oman, and Al Mina from Yemen in Group C. Meanwhile, Al Rayyan's competition in Group D includes Al Hikma from Lebanon, Al Wahda from Syria, and Al Bashair from Oman. The tournament will feature a total of 16 top basketball clubs from across the Arab world, promising an engaging series of matches.
Group A will see host team Al Nasr from the UAE competing against Fidaa Homs from Syria, Shabab Hadramout from Yemen, and Qadisiya from Kuwait. Group B brings together Antonine from Lebanon, Ahli Tripoli from Libya, Manama from Bahrain, and Kuwait SC from Kuwait.
A notable change in this year's edition is the new regulation allowing clubs to register three foreign players, altering the previous limit of two foreign professionals and one Arab player. This amendment is designed to enhance the competitive level of the tournament and generate more excitement among fans.
A technical meeting is scheduled a day before the tournament's start in Dubai to finalize organizational and officiating details, ensuring a smooth and well-coordinated championship.
