Tokyo:HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met with HE Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Toshimitsu Motegi in Tokyo on Monday. The meeting focused on strengthening cooperative relations between the two nations.
According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions included ways to support and develop bilateral ties, as well as addressing regional and international developments. The ministers explored diplomatic efforts aimed at reducing tensions and enhancing security and stability.
HE Minister Al Khulaifi emphasized Qatar's commitment to supporting diplomatic initiatives that ensure the freedom of maritime navigation and contribute to a comprehensive agreement for sustainable peace in the region. HE Japanese Foreign Minister Motegi praised Qatar's mediatory role and its efforts in fostering dialogue and stability in the region.
