QFMA Embraces State Emblem in New Corporate Identity

Doha: The Qatar Financial Markets Authority (QFMA) has officially unveiled a new corporate logo, marking two decades since its inception under Law No. (33) of 2005. This significant change involves the integration of the State of Qatar's official emblem into the QFMA's corporate identity, aligning the Authority more closely with the national visual identity of Qatar.

According to Qatar News Agency, this strategic shift signifies the deep-rooted connection between the QFMA and Qatar's national identity, enhancing its institutional presence both locally and internationally. With this development, the QFMA joins the ranks of government agencies utilizing the State emblem as their official logo.

This transition is part of a broader initiative to refine the Authority's corporate communication strategy in harmony with the Qatar National Vision 2030. The QFMA plays a crucial role in Qatar as a central figure in regulating the nation's financial markets. Through its renewed corporate identity, the QFMA aims to bolster its influence within the financial services sector and among global counterparts.

By adopting the new logo, the QFMA reaffirms its commitment to strengthening its regulatory, supervisory, and oversight functions in Qatar's capital market sector.
