Hammamet: The Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) took part in the 115th session of the Executive Council of the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU) in Hammamet, Tunisia. This significant gathering occurred just before the 26th Arab Radio and Television Festival.
According to Qatar News Agency, the QMC's delegation was led by the Director of Qatar TV, Ali bin Saleh Al Sada. The 115th session focused on pivotal topics aimed at enhancing Arab media operations and fostering stronger collaboration and coordination among member media organizations.
Key discussions during the meetings revolved around media support for the Palestinian cause, the exchange of programs and news, the integration of new media, the application of artificial intelligence technologies, and the advancement of skills among media personnel in utilizing modern technologies.
Additionally, the Council deliberated on the upcoming Arab Radio and Television Festival, which is set to take place under the theme "The Pulse of the Image and the Echo of the Future" from September 21 to 24 in Tunisia.
