Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange general index concluded Tuesday’s trading session with an increase of 57.61 points, or 0.55%, closing at 10,461.48 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the session witnessed the trading of 225,246,142 shares, which were valued at QR 474,440,444.169. These transactions were conducted in 38,974 trades spanning across all sectors.
Out of the listed companies, 35 saw their share prices rise, while 11 companies experienced a decline. Meanwhile, 5 companies maintained their previous closing prices. The market capitalization at the end of the session was recorded at QR 612,566,281,345.450, showing an increase from QR 610,163,477,014.732 in the previous session.
