Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed its trading session on Wednesday with an increase of 97.82 points, or 0.96 percent, closing at 10,237.11 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw a total of 267,381,814 shares traded. These transactions were valued at QR 524,497,119.119 and executed through 25,241 transactions across all sectors.
The trading session was marked by the rise in shares of 43 companies, while shares of seven companies declined. Two companies maintained their previous closing prices, showing stability in their market position.
By the end of the trading session, the market capitalization had reached QR 603,964,049,727.495, showing an increase from the previous session’s QR 598,548,916,492.679.
