Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index concluded the trading session on a positive note, rising by 119.46 points, or 1.09 percent, to reach 11,088.79 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the session witnessed a trading volume of 112,401,360 shares, amounting to a total value of QR 294,246,930.840. These transactions were executed through 36,498 trades across all sectors.
During the session, the shares of 29 companies experienced an increase, while 19 companies saw a decline, and 6 companies maintained their previous closing price. By the end of the trading session, the market capitalization improved to QR 664,353,484,076.090, up from QR 657,731,640,014.590 noted in the previous session.
